Where are your garments manufactured?
All our garments are “Made in India”. We partner with certified and ethically compliant manufacturing units and textile mills across major garment hubs in India to ensure high quality and adherence to global labor standards.
What quality control standards do you follow?
We adhere to stringent AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) standards (typically AQL 2.5/4.0 or as specified by the buyer). Our multi-stage quality control process includes:
• Fabric Inspection
• In-line Production Checks
• Final Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
Can I request custom designs or private labeling?
Yes. We offer OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) services for custom designs and Private Labeling services.
Ordering & Sampling
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ varies by product and fabric.
• For Ready Stock MOQ is 360 Pieces. Maximum 3 categories i.e. 120 pieces /category from Ready stock any size, any color Mix match.
• For Cut & Sew/ Customization MOQ is 600 pieces per color.
What is your Shipment Delivery Time?
- For ready Stock within 1 week shipment is ready to dispatch.
- For Cut & Sew depends on Fabric & Quantity.
What is the process for placing an export order?
The general process is:
• Inquiry & Quotation: You send us your request through E-mail/Contact Form and we provide a Proforma Invoice (PI) with pricing and terms.
• Order Confirmation: You confirm the order and issue a Purchase Order (PO) with the required payment (e.g., a deposit).
• Production & Quality Control: Manufacturing begins, followed by our QC and your final inspection.
• Shipment & Documentation: Goods are shipped as per Incoterms, and final documents are sent.
Pricing & Payment
What are your payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are:
• 60% advance payment to begin production.
• 40% balance payment upon presentation of shipping documents (before actual shipment) or as per agreed Letter of Credit (LC) terms.
